If you are not familiar with CrossFit, we require that all new members attend the Back to Basics Intro course.

Weekday Scheduled Classes (Monday-Friday):

  • 5:00am (Monday and Wednesday ONLY)
  • 6:00am
  • 8:15am
  • 9:30am (L.I.F.E.@Mayhem class – Tuesday, Thursday and Friday – not for drop-ins)
  • 2:00pm
  • 3:00pm
  • 4:00pm
  • 5:00pm – regular class M-F
  • 5:00pm¬†(L.I.F.E.@Mayhem class – Monday and Wednesday – not for drop-ins)
  • 6:00pm
  • 7:00pm
Classes start promptly at the scheduled time and will last approximately one hour.


  • 8:30am-10:30am
    Open to all members, not a formal class session but a workout will be posted. Location may vary, make sure to check the web site for details.

CrossFit Teens Classes:

(For kids 13-18)

  • Monday, Tuesday, & Thursday at 4:00pm
    (1 hour)

CrossFit Kids Classes:

(For kids 5-12)

  • Wednesday & Friday at 5:00pm (45 min)
