If you are not familiar with CrossFit, we require that all new members attend the Back to Basics Intro course.

Weekday Scheduled Classes (Monday-Friday):

  • 5:00am
  • 6:00am
  • 8:15am
  • 9:30am – L.I.F.E.@Mayhem class (Tuesday, Thursday and Friday-not for drop-ins)
  • 2:00pm
  • 3:00pm
  • 4:00pm – regular class, TEENS (Ages 13-17, Monday, Tuesday and Thursday)
  • 5:00pm – regular class M-F, Endurance Class (Tuesday and Thursday), L.I.F.E.@Mayhem class (Monday, Wednesday and Thursday-not for drop-ins), KIDS (Ages 5-12, Wednesday and Friday – 45 minutes)
  • 6:00pm
  • 7:00pm
    * Classes start promptly at the scheduled time and will last approximately one hour.

Saturday:

  • 8:30am-10:30am
    Open to all members, not a formal class session but a workout will be posted. Location and times may vary, make sure to check the web site for details.
