Schedule

If you are not familiar with CrossFit, we require that all new members attend the Back to Basics Intro course.

Monday-Friday:

  • 6:00am
  • 8:15am
  • 2:15pm
  • 3:30pm
  • 4:45pm
  • 6:00pm
  • 7:15pm
Classes start promptly at the scheduled time and will last approximately one hour.

Saturday:

  • 8:30am-10:30am
    Open to all members, not a formal class session but a workout will be posted. Location may vary, make sure to check the web site for details.

CrossFit Teens Classes:

(For kids 13-18)

  • Monday, Tuesday, & Thursday at 4:45pm
    (1 hour)

CrossFit Kids Classes:

(For kids 5-12)

  • Wednesday & Friday at 4:45pm
    (45min of CrossFit and 15 minutes of homework/reading time)
