If you are not familiar with CrossFit, we require that all new members attend the Back to Basics Intro course.
Weekday Scheduled Classes (Monday-Friday):
- 5:00am (Monday and Wednesday ONLY)
- 9:30am (L.I.F.E. @ Mayhem class – Tuesday and Thursday ONLY – not for drop-ins)
Classes start promptly at the scheduled time and will last approximately one hour.
Open to all members, not a formal class session but a workout will be posted. Location may vary, make sure to check the web site for details.
CrossFit Teens Classes:
(For kids 13-18)
- Monday, Tuesday, & Thursday at 4:00pm
CrossFit Kids Classes:
(For kids 5-12)
- Wednesday & Friday at 5:00pm (45 min)
