Schedule

Our hours will be changing on September 1st. We will have classes starting at 2pm and they will start on the hour with the last class starting at 7pm. The morning classes will remain the same. More information will be posted concerning other specialty classes and kids/teens classes.

 

If you are not familiar with CrossFit, we require that all new members attend the Back to Basics Intro course.

Weekday Scheduled Classes (Monday-Friday):

  • 5:00am (Monday and Wednesday ONLY)
  • 6:00am
  • 8:15am
  • 9:30am (L.I.F.E. @ Mayhem class – Tuesday and Thursday ONLY – not for drop-ins)
  • 2:15pm
  • 3:30pm
  • 4:45pm
  • 6:00pm
  • 7:15pm
Classes start promptly at the scheduled time and will last approximately one hour.

Saturday:

  • 8:30am-10:30am
    Open to all members, not a formal class session but a workout will be posted. Location may vary, make sure to check the web site for details.

CrossFit Teens Classes:

(For kids 13-18)

  • Monday, Tuesday, & Thursday at 4:00pm
    (1 hour)

CrossFit Kids Classes:

(For kids 5-12)

  • Wednesday & Friday at 5:00pm (45 min)
