If you are not familiar with CrossFit, you may think that our prices are higher than typical gym memberships.  What do you get from a typical gym membership?  You pay a flat fee to use the equipment.  At CrossFit Mayhem, we program your workouts, instruct movements, scale the workout if necessary, offer nutritional suggestions if requested, and are committed to each client every time you walk in the door.  Our group sessions are the equivalent of semi-personal training.  Remember, we are committed to helping you achieve your fitness goals…if you commit, you will achieve fitness beyond expectation.  What are your expectations?  Sign up today!  The fittest man in the world trains here!   …why don’t you?

CrossFit Kids (ages 5-12)
Sessions are on Wed & Fri from 4:45pm-5:45pm (kids will have time at the end to do some homework or read)

CrossFit Teens (ages 13-18)
Sessions are on Mon, Tue & Thu from 4:45pm-5:45pm
Members:

16 = $160
32 = $256

Non-Members:
8 = $96
16 = $192
32 = $320

Monthly rate is only available for CF Teens.

* 8 & 16 Cards expire after 4 months, 32 Cards expire after 6 months. Kids & Teens can use these as they would like and as they can attend across months until expiration.

Drop-In is limited to those who do not have to take an Introduction course. Due to the number of drop-ins that we have, we do not accept shirts in exchange for the drop-in fee. Thank you for understanding!
