If you are not familiar with CrossFit, you may think that our prices are higher than typical gym memberships. What do you get from a typical gym membership? You pay a flat fee to use the equipment. At CrossFit Mayhem, we program your workouts, instruct movements, scale the workout if necessary, offer nutritional suggestions if requested, and are committed to each client every time you walk in the door. All Membership change requests must be emailed to email@example.com 10 days prior to the 1st of the month. (Example: If you want to stop AutoPay for May, the email to stop the May Membership would need to be emailed by April 20th.) Failure to notify by the deadline will result in the payment for the next month processing. No refunds will be processed.
