Will grew up in West Tennessee playing most sports but favoring extreme sports like aggressive rollerblading and BMX. Never one for the conventional “back and bi, chest and tri” workouts, he was never much of a gym rat. After being introduced to CrossFit in the summer of 2006 by some friends at a summer discipleship program He was immediately hooked because of the variation and intensity CrossFit emphasized.

An IT Professional by trade, Will received his CrossFit Level 1 Certification in Aug. 2011 and lives in Cookeville with his wife Alicia and son Camden.
