  1. Deadlifts: (365 x 5, 385 x 5, 405 x 3) Lost the grip on rep number 4.
    Shoulder Press: (155 x 5, 165 x 5, 175 x 5)
    Metcon: 23:59 RX (Did this one solo)

  2. Deadlifts 305,325,345
    Shoulder press 100,110,115
    Metcon: 16:19 solo
    2500m 1:1 work:rest ratio
    300m intervals, finished with 400m row at end to get to 2500
