  1. finished the first 2 rounds @ 07:55 started the third round @ 10:55 finished the workout @ 14:23 RX.
    had to go 20 yards down & back.
    Again, much tougher than I thought : )

    • You’re welcome! We had been subbing with Air Squats and Push-Ups but saw someone subbing with HS Holds, which made more sense to us. We thought it was Vic’s idea but it must have been someone else! Haha
