    Metcon: 3 rounds completed
    Minute 1: 150m sprint (30-35 seconds)
    Minute 2: 75m hill sprint with 20# weight vest (20-25 seconds)
    Minute 3: rest

    Pulled my hamstring on third 150m sprint, completed the hill sprint then called it a day. First day in a long time I felt good and I pull my hamstring 😰 My daughter Noelia ran with me so she stopped after three rounds as well.

  2. Hit 175 from the high hang, but failed from the knees. Hit 165 from both positions though.
    Did 5 rounds of 15 Calorie Run, 50 Air Squats, and 1 Minute Rest.
