    3 ring muscle ups
    3 ring dips

    Didn’t think I would be able to do 60 muscle ups but I was able to do 3 muscle ups and 3 ring dips unbroken all 10 rounds

      • Ha, it definitely wasn’t fun! I was surprised at how light the 25# felt overhead throughout the workout, but my legs were definitely screaming. The plate spent a lot of time on the concrete as I, probably as well as my neighbors, wondered what the heck I was doing to myself.
