    225# x 3
    240# x 2
    250 x 1 x 1 x 1
    My legs were dead today doing front squats, barely got 250#

    Metcon: 14 rounds 34:51rx
    Did this as a partner workout with Rebekah, we each did 7 rounds. One person working at a time.
