    My legs were dead today doing front squats, barely got 250#

    Metcon: 14 rounds 34:51rx
    Did this as a partner workout with Rebekah, we each did 7 rounds. One person working at a time.

  4. What percentages of 1 RM are the front squats? And what does 12 min heavy 3,2,1 mean?
