  1. Squat Snatch 140#. Snatch Pull 150#.

    Did 1 min maxes for the following as I didn’t have access to machines:

    Burpees over Bar 19 reps

    Sumo Deadlift High Pulls @ 45# 46 reps

    Pushups 51 reps

  2. It’s normal too repeat the skill from 01/04/17 🙂 😕 This is part of cycle or mistake 😕
