  1. Didn’t do this metcon. I felt that my efforts would be better spent working on new movements and weakness, so I did the Mainsite WOD, which was:

    20 Min AMRAP of:
    10, Burpee Pull-overs
    30, Squats
    60 second HandStand Hold
    * Use the wall as necessary for the HS Holds

    3 Rounds + 7 seconds HS Hold
