    25 Wallballs (20#)
    5 sets of 5 Rope Pullups + 5 Squats (25 Pullups and Squats a rnd)

  2. Shoulder Press: 175# (went up 10# from last time)

    Metcon: 17:15 Rx (have to start seated to get a full 15 ft worth of rope climb)

  3. Shoulder Press: 175#

    Metcon: 19:36 (Rx) And I don’t feel like I need to make excuses for my time Ben

  4. 7*2 push press at 85 kg +1*3 and metcon : 7′ AMRAP of 10 push press at 60 kg +10 burpees = 4 rounds +10 push press
