Metcon 1: 15:18, scaled back squat to 225#, MUs with rings head high, jumped thru transition
Metcon 2: 9:02, much harder than I expected

Metcon 2: 8:28/60 Situps
Metcon 1: 25:53 Rx Had a hard time with this one.
