20:14, 15 hspu and 95# oh lunges, pretty tough.
13:17 (AbMat Sit-Ups; HSPUs w/ feet on box; 95# OH Lunges)
Did the 50 foot handstand walk and 50 ft OH lunges instead of the posted rep scheme…need a lot of work on the Handstand walk
Did the handstand walk instead of HSPU and the lunges I did 50ft instead of twenty steps. Hand stand walk is what did me in need to get a lot better at that
