  1. Snatch Balance (Split): 205#

    EMOM: bumped up to 225# on the Back Squat and used a 35# Kettlebell on the Ring Dips; Completed it Rx+, tough but good.

  2. Snatch Balance: 175, 185, 195, 205, 215 (f), 215×3

    EMOM: Back Squat @ 225#, Ring dips weighted at 35# kettle bell. Dips were pretty ugly but otherwise completed.
