I’ve seen this question posted time and time again but never saw anyone answer it…Wen it says “main crossfit” do we need to also complete the main crossfit website WOD as well? Thanks!
No… in Wodify there is the ability to have different programs (we have our Intro, teens, and one-on-ones for example) so the main workout for the gym is under the Main category. That is all.
