Is that 10 wall balls after every set of Burpees or 10 foot wall balls of after each set of Burpees in the same reps as Burpees??
Same thought I had. I’m going with 10 ft with the decending count like burpees. So 10 burpees and 10 wall balls, 9 burpees and 9 wall balls, 8 burpees and 8 wall balls…
If you guys didn’t do it yet I think they just mean 10 wall ball in between the sets of burpess. So like 10 Burpees 10 wall ball 9 burpees 10 wall ball and so on.

20:37 (115#FS/20#WB) Time includes programmed rest. I did 10 wall balls at 10 ft between burpee sets.
