Are you dropping barbell to the floor b/t sets, racking, or keeping on your back?
I kept it on my back

26:35. Used 30# dumbell and no box jumps, have a hurt calf and jumping seems to make it worse
did 100 squats at 135lbs as quick as possible, but didn’t do tabata. Also stopped the clock after the squats due to having to use some of the weights for my adjustable kettlebell to make it 53lbs. Restarted the clocked as I began again. The box jumps were at 24 inches.
2 mile run no time for warm up
17:57 rx’d squat 135 kept bar on my back. Rx’d kettle bell / box jump. 1.5/24.
Metcon: 17:23, 40# Kettlebell, otherwise rx’d.
Metcon: 18:02 RX’d
Kept the bar on my back the whole time, that made it a lil more interesting
