  1. MOM deadlift 315 lbs 3*5 on Time limit and AMRAP to finish 36 reps. Metcon 2: 16’58” GHD sit up turn into crunch

  2. I did a strength workout from another site, but second metcon was 7:22. Shredded the abs on this one and a great WOD. Also the GHD was subbed with abmat sit-ups.

    Used handles to get up on last 10 GHD situps

  4. Deadlift EMOM: 275

    Metcon: Rx 19:33

    Finished the press on set 5 at 16:00 and it took me 3:33 to do 20 GHDs, my core just gave out….

  5. Metcon 1: started at 255#, failed after 3 rounds, dropped to 225#
    Metcon 2: 16:28, GHDs two hand touch off of 24″ box.

    5×135 Worked on explosion from bottom of squat and staying upright

    Rx+ (115#) and GHDs

  7. Didn’t do Metcon (time). Changed EMOM as well from 5 Deadlifts @ 315 to 5 Clean pulls @ 315 to incorporate some Oly lifting training
