  1. Metcon 1: 150 reps rx. Finished Burpees at 7:30 on the clock, finished thrusters at 14:00, did 5 MU’s with rings low enough to help through transition before time expired. Thrusters were a struggle.
    Metcon 2: completed
    Matthew 5: 36-40

  2. 194 rx ( I did all burpees to a 6″ target to prep for the open)
    Burpees= 5:35
    Thrusters= 9:55 (10/10/10/10/5/5)
    MUs= 13:57
    Burpees (2nd round) =14

  3. AMRAP: 45 thrusters. That sucked, really wanted to get to MU. Finished burpees in 8 minutes and felt good. Thrusters just got really heavy around 25.

    Modified 2nd part to 1 MU to max dips since I didn’t get any in 1st part.
    15, 15, 10, 10 , 8.

  4. Metcon 1: 150 reps (thrusters at 70lbs)

    – Finished burpees at 6:08, but the thrusters sucked. Im still working on my form.

    Very Little rest between the metcons like 1-3 mins (I was on my lunch break and had to hurry.

    Metcon 2: RX’d at 14:23 (I know it wasn’t for time, but I like to know how long things take)

  5. rxd 1st metcon ; 115 burpees 50 thruster with 100 lbs , No rings so i did butterfly pull ups .metcon 2 6’15”

    100 burpees
    50 thrusters 45lbs
    30 C2B pull ups

    METCON #2 – Completed – just under 10mins
