  1. Got to the 10 minute mark and performed 3 Snatches RX’ed. Then for thesecond MetCon got 5 Rounds and 8 Wall Balls. The group I was with was great for keeping the intensity and competition going. Great Day for all.

  2. Strength: 105, that was more painful than I thought.

    Metcon : 6 rounds + 1 burpee

  3. Metcon 1: started with 115, failed in 3rd round of snatches, finished with 95.
    Metcon 2: 139 reps, 5 rounds plus 7 wallballs.

  4. Scaled the reps on the heavy metcon to sets of 3 on the min. Got 4 rnds + 8 wallballs on the 2nd half
