Metcon: completed 50 power cleans when 20 minutes expired. I hit a wall when I got to the power cleans. Good job everybody.
Did 14.2 and then hit this one.
Got 49 reps on the power clean when 20 min hit. I am smoked!!!
Great day today. Got to 9 cleans in the 20min with a 120lb sandbag/limited equipement today. Finished the MetCon after the time cap to comete it. 225 for back squat.
BS: 190 getting a little easier every week:
Metcon: finished 9 box jumps at 20:00, finished the rest by 22:03.
Cleans were hardest part for me.
Did back squat later in the day
Felt like working the pyramid instead today.
