14 Chest-To-Bar Pull-ups

The ladder will ascend every 3-minutes until the athlete can not complete the ladder.

  1. 64 reps… I know this number is low but I’m honestly proud that I made it out of the first round. OHS and C2B are not in my wheelhouse and I was planning on attacking this workout at the women’s weight in hopes of advancing further and breathing a little heavier. I’m glad I decided to try this prescribed because I surprised myself. Congrats to the two great scores so far and the many to follow!

    To get more than just a six-minute workout in, I fought Annie for the first time at 9:52. That is a lot of sit-ups…

  2. Completed the first 3min rotation then into the 2nd to the 2nd round of 12 with 4 pull ups on the second round. Pull ups were taxed from Thursdays WOD. That’s ok. I simply did this as a WOD.
    Rep total was 80.

    2 full rounds + 14OHS + 14CTB + 14OHS + fail….

    Suck so bad at c2b pullups… hard to get my big ass up there.

    Good wod though.

    Afterwards did Squat Clean 3 Reps EMOM for 10 minutes (185#)
