    MetCon 1: 4 full rounds both partners average of 12-15 Burpee Box jumps

    MetCon 2: 5 full Rounds of 10 Reps

  2. bench press 159 lbs snatch 3 * 59lbs 7* 113 lbs for 10 minutes . Row + burpees = 5 rounds + 1 just 230 meters. 2’50 *15 just dips cause of not rings in the gym i trained today +10′ of interval 30″ 30″ on bike
