Squat Snatch: 95, 105, 115, 125, 135(PR) x 5
Metcon: 11:24, GHD’s off of 24″ box with feet anchored and two hand touch.
Metcon: 10:16 (kipping pull-ups, not C2B)
MetCon: Rx’d 8:52 give or take…failed to check the clock motivating a buddy to complete this
Snatch: 185 (new PR!)
Metcon 9:46 GHD’s flat bench with feet anchored and two hand touch
Snatch : 205
Metcon : 10:42 rx’d
