    I am struggling with this one. I just started one year ago, but I realize that I need to really increase my intensity for my metcons. You all rock.

      • Your asking about the workout above as to wether or not your supposed to do 20 DB snatches each are or if you do 10 each arm to total 20 reps for a round correct?
