  1. Snatch: 125 lbs
    Metcon: Completed 2 rounds plus 20 wallballs in 5 minutes, 4 full rounds in 10 minutes. 18 lb ball for wallball.
    Then, 5 rounds of 20 hip extensions. 1 minute rest between rounds.
    Working on Matthew 5:16-20

  2. No wall ball. 45# thrusters.
    Three full rounds completed.
    20 thrusters/ 9 TTB for 4th round
