I would like to ask the hip exercises generally refers to what action?
Back Squat: 285 lbs
Metcon 1: 12:08 rx’d
Do we break up the dubs and pull ups? I.e. 100 dubs then 25 pull-ups, 80 dubs, 20 pull-ups…thanks
