  1. Just for some clarification for the Metcon. So each round is 3 minutes to do 10 Power Cleans and 10 Burpees and then we rest for the remaining time until a new round starts?

  2. CGBP: 185
    Metcon: 146 reps @ 115# PC

Since Drew and Troy set the bar high every day on this forum, Drew’s interpretation of the Metcon made sense to me. I performed one round every three minutes and had time to perform six more power cleans before the twenty-one minutes expired.

  3. w/ Charlie Woerner

    Close Grip Bench:
    CW: 185, 195, 205
    AW: 225, 235, 245

    Rx+

  4. Bench: 185

    Metcon:

    scaled to 135

Did round 1-4 in about 1:30, 5 and 6 in about 2:00 and round 7 was a train wreck.

  5. Not super happy with my performance but a little over a month into Crossfit I don’t think it was too bad.

    CGBP:
    95×10
    115×10
    135×10

    Metcon: @ 95lbs

Got through to 3 Burpees in the 7th before time was up.
