    155 (2)-185(2)-225(2)-265(2)-275(2)-285(2)

    Metcon:
    13:23 RX (Cruised through Deadlifts without a problem, but had to break up front squats. Snatches were all fast singles)

  2. Back Squat: All sets at 275 lb
    Metcon: 13:11 – Scaled to 245 lb Deadlifts (1.5xBW), 165 lb Front Squats (BW), 100 lb Power Snatches

  3. Back Squat: 275 (4 Sets)

    Metcon: 13:49
    Deadlift: 225
    Front Squat: 155
    Snatch: 95 (My technique is terrible)

    Sciatica really bugs me when I have load on the bar in the squat.
