Last year@ this time I weighed at least
305. Was trying for 100lbs in a yr. I will probly be alittle short but I love following mayhem and the main site. Found crossfit bout six months ago and still struggle with the gymnastic stuff but I love it anyway.
(only had a doorway bar so kipping was out. Strict as much as possible but did jump up last 10 rnds)
Did all 30 rounds.
30 rounds + 5 pull ups
How many rounds Mr. Froning and Mr. Bailey did?
21 Rounds, pull-ups slowed me down considerably.
15 Rounds.. Pull ups on rings slowed me up a lot. Only my 3rd CF session, some amazing numbers posted on here..
30 rounds rx’d.
