  1. Looking forward to this after my exam today! I’m a bit of a newb and had a question. I know what “the bear complex” is. But, “3 bear”… does that mean 3 reps of the Bear complex for 5 rds?
    Also, is it 10 burps between each round of the complex, so 50 burps? OR just 10 burps after we complete the 5 rounds of the complex? Then rinse and repeat.
    LOL, sorry if that doesn’t make sense, I’d just like clarification, I hate burpees. Great programming btw! I’ve been following from Portland for the last 3 months and I look forward to it every day. Thanks
