Pretty much… just record your reps.
I got a question Is it air squats or should I use some weight that 1st minute squatting?

Sorry I missed this comment… the first minute is all air squats.
Squats = 51
Dbl Unders = 63
Pushups = 90
Back Ext = 55
Pullups = 49
Total = 308
