  1. It took me 54 minutes to complete. Is that too long? I did the recommended weight. And it always seems heavy. Should I back off the weight?

  2. 33:40. That was killer… lol. I always choose the 2nd weight on most of the these wods. Is that the womens? If so its still really hard! I hope to build up to the mens weight one day, but the women’s weights are beast!
