Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
5 Weighted pull-ups, 35 pounds
10 Push-ups with feet on 30″ box
15 Squats holding a 45 pound plate

13 Rounds + 4 Push-Ups (Traditional Cindy w/ Body Weight)
9 complete rounds :/
10 rounds as rx’d
11 complete rds rx’d
Metcon: 10 Rounds + 5 Pull-Ups Rx’d
Metcon: 12 Rounds
10 minutes EMOM (3 push-up + 3 jumping pull-ups) then, 9 complete rounds.
8 Rounds Rx’d + 8 sqt’s, using altitude training mask, 3000feets.
Did as rx’d but added 10 more minutes to total 30 minutes, as well as tagged on 3 clean and jerks @ 165lbs directly following squats with 45lbs. 10 rounds complete.
