  1. Looking for a substitute for the box jumps. Lower back and knees are sore. What do you all substitute for box jumps when you need a break from jumping exercises?


    • If you have a rower, you can substitute rowing about 10-15 calories making sure you are using your legs as the explosive move (less arms). I used this subsitute when I was recovering from back surgery! Then back to step ups or jumps when recovered! Happy New Year

  2. im doing wendler for strenght but today was my front squat day so i did this as a metcon later in the day. got 13:21 with ghd sit ups. also cant wait to get my hat. im hoping its here today or tomarrow if not def monday.
