    8:02 14 lb WB – Scaled MU to ring rows – some off box first round 2 then 3 last round 5 , rest off heels
    was a challenging start to the day :)

  2. I have nothing but great things to say about the mayhem wods for they always push me and I am evenly worked out through out the week

    Did 135-155-185(broke it up)
    Finished wod 17:42 took my time on m-ups to avoid injury again and completed 6 reps doing pull-ups and dips

  3. Shoulder press: 110#(9+1PP) – 100# – 100#(5+5PP)

    Metcon: 5:27 – i did 1 pull-up + 1 dip instead of 1 bar muscle-ups.
    It was not enough. Next time i will do more…)

    Metcon
    30 thrusters (20#s, 2 10# dbs) no wall ball at work
    2 pulls + 2 dips sub for bar muscle up

  5. Shldr press….95, 135, 155..unbroke.
    Metcon: mid round 2..rippd hand so i stoppd cuz ima punk….
    Just too the point i can do mu’s…
