  3. Previous PR was 39:57 on 9/7/13. I started following Crossfit Mayhem strictly on 8/21 and only on days that there wasn’t a workout posted did I choose my own. I have to say I’m pleased with my results.

  4. Time wasn’t on my side this morning and it was cold as hell at the hanger so, I did Barbara with varied rest between rounds–1:30 to/no more than 2:00–5 rounds complete in 23:25 including rest.

    Went for the 15-12-9
    Thrusters 135#
    Weighted strict pullups with 40# dumbbell between crossed ankles
    (13:20) pullups killed me

    made this a partner wod and scaled the reps of pull ups to 10 (band assisted) and sit ups to 15 –
    no 3 min rest as only one person working out a time – was a goodie :) TY
