Why did the WOD post so late in the day?
We do not pre-program Saturday workouts. We usually decide at the open gym time so I post it as soon as I get a chance.
22:00 metcon air squats with pulled groin all else rx
7 mths preg so did Squats instead of t2b, step ups, 45 lbs. 9:10.
115Lb on stoh and ohs.
Dropped weight for overhead squat : 95 lbs
All else Rx
14:08 – I am really trying to get T2B instead of K2E so I stuck with 5 T2B instead of 15 or I wouldn’t get there
then 3 sets of 5 SP @ 85
Did OHS yesterday so i change to front squat 185lbs
everything else Rx
I did STOH and OHS with 110# barbell and jump to 32″ box.
After metcon i did Back Squat 5-5-5-5-5 (175#-200#-220#-220#-220#) and practice to butterfly pull-ups (3×10)
