    • In Wodify we have our Main workout, Intro workouts, Teens, etc… Main is the one we post for our members who are in regular classes.

  1. While you’re welcome to tack on another 5K today as per Mainsite, it’s not the first time “main” has been used here. See the 22nd. Maybe it means just one Wod listed, as opposed to the more usual strength wod + metcon.
