Did some snatch work before wod..
started with bench @ 95lb- for 5 sets , 3 reps –
skipping for a min in between rounds
again pull-ups getting the best of me … 18:04
with a smaller band for assistance
Did 5k in 24min 5secs rest 5 mins then rx’d metcon in 14 mins 11secs
