  1. Instead of front squat i did many shoulder to overhead.
    Shoulder press 1-1-1-1-1 (120-120-120-120-120)
    Push press 3-3-3-3-3 (155-165-165-155-165)
    Push jerk 5-5-5-5-5 (165-175-175(2)-155-155)

    Metcon: 8:26
    In Thrusters i use Axle bar 95#. I liked how different load!

    + Hammer on tyre. Tabata’s 8 intervals. Total 73 reps
    + Farmer’s Walk with 40# bumpers. 400 feet

  2. 225lb front squats

    can hardly handle the weight on my collar bone. am i doing something wrong?

    • Probably means you’re not getting your elbows up enough to where it is resting on your shoulders rather than collar bone. Sometimes this can be a mobility issue and you may need to work on shoulder flexibility in order to get those elbows up while still holding onto the bar. Hope this helps.

  3. 225 front squat

    Did something funny to my hammy during metcon I’m the final set of dead lifts. Had to wrap up early to prevent injury =(
