  1. Squat snatch: 105 for 8 rounds, 115 for last 2
    Emotm for 5 min of 1×135 for good measure

    Metcon: 16:05 working time (no partner). 21:05 if you add the 1min rest brakes in there

    Note: I never snatch so just working on technique.
