    Metcon:
    6 Rounds + 3 Deadlifts
    Medball @ 10lb (All I have for now)

  2. Great WOD! I’ve been a CrossFitter since 1 May 2012 and really enjoyed this strength/METCON combo.

    Metcon: 9 rounds + 4 deadlifts = 193 reps

    Today i did my new record in bench press! Thank you guys!!! :)

  6. Do you add any other strength training ontop of these daily workouts posted or is this programmed to fulfill everything you need ? Sorry I’m new !

    • The strength we program in the Workout of the Day is all we really do. However, some people do follow other programs and do that in addition to the ones we post. That is up to those people who choose to do that what program they would like to follow though. :)
