220 no spot
8 rnds 168 reps
6 Rounds + 3 Deadlifts

Great WOD! I’ve been a CrossFitter since 1 May 2012 and really enjoyed this strength/METCON combo.
225 then had to finish at 205 last three sets.
Metcon – 6rds + 3 dl.

Today i did my new record in bench press! Thank you guys!!!
Bench Press: 275lb
Metcon: 9 Rounds + 3 Burpees
Metcon: 8 rds + 9 reps (5 DLs + 4 burpees)
Bench Press: 275lb
Metcon: 10 Rds+ 4 Burpees
Week 1 Day 4 of 5 week Catalyst Athletics Classic Cycle

Do you add any other strength training ontop of these daily workouts posted or is this programmed to fulfill everything you need ? Sorry I’m new !
The strength we program in the Workout of the Day is all we really do. However, some people do follow other programs and do that in addition to the ones we post. That is up to those people who choose to do that what program they would like to follow though.

Just went for 10 rounds instead as it took a bit to warm up : 220,235,242,252,257,262,269,274,286,301

170lb bench. Got a shoulder tear so to painfull to go heavier
metcon. rx 6 full + 5+2
Is there rest between sets for the bench press portion?
Metcon: 9 rounds + 7 Burpees
