    Did 95# due to my thruster form being terrible, however I did do some skill work for it and it’s improving.

    Front Squat: 185, 205, 225, 225, 235, 235, 235 (1)

    235 = 10lb PR

  2. I did 110# Thruster and 25# pull-ups, because my thrusters and pull-ups is bad 🙁

    Metcon: 6:13

    Front squat: 155, 165, 175, 187, 200, 210, 220

  3. Lauren, I might be completely missing something obvious here, but your WODs have changed so that Metcon is now before strength. Why and what is the thought behind this?

    • Just changing things up. When doing strength after a metcon, you are usually fatigued but definitely warm. Some people do better after, some people better fresh. We change it around periodically.
