  1. Close Grip Bench Press: 185-190-195-195-195
    Metcon for Calories with partner: 88 calories

  2. Bench: 155/175/185/195/205/215
    Then I did 185×5 for 3 more sets for good measure

    Metcon: 3 rounds + run (finished row after time)

  3. Bench press: 175, 175, 175, 175, 175(4 reps)

    Metcon: 3 rounds + 300m run + 430m row

  4. Bench press: 255

    Metcon: 4 rounds; just about to start the 5th 300m run when the buzzer mercifully sounded. 🙂
