Squat: 235 (weak) not sure how many of you guys saw the metcon yesterday early with the 10 pistols per leg. After 100 per leg today’s squats were a little rough
It was only 5 per leg, 10 total. lol. Good work, though. That’s rough
Sorry about yesterdays workout and leaving off the “5″ before each leg. You definitely got some work though!

My legs were toast after doing the metcon last night, and I even did that scaled.

My legs not rest after yesterday pistols

Had to do the super saiyan screen
Back Squat: 275, 280, 280, 280, 280, 280
My legs were done after 100 pistol squats on each leg yesterday, today’s workout was rough
Aparently those us us that worked out early saw the original 10 per leg and got a beating. Oh well what doesn’t kill you will only make your stronger. That or your legs just get sore
back is tight and wrist realy hurting (did something wrong with the snatches the other day
185 225 185 185 185 185 played is really safe with the back.
