    Squat: 235 (weak) not sure how many of you guys saw the metcon yesterday early with the 10 pistols per leg. After 100 per leg today’s squats were a little rough

    My legs were toast after doing the metcon last night, and I even did that scaled.

    My legs not rest after yesterday pistols :(

    My legs were done after 100 pistol squats on each leg yesterday, today’s workout was rough

    • Aparently those us us that worked out early saw the original 10 per leg and got a beating. Oh well what doesn’t kill you will only make your stronger. That or your legs just get sore
