So 10 snatch then 10 pistols then 30 DU then 9 snatch 10 pistol and so on?
Sorry… I messed up and left the “5″ before each leg for the pistols. Yes… The snatch is the only one that goes down from 10-1.

Metcon did 30 DUs after each set of pistols. Hope that the way it was ment to be done
