Totally forgot to post my time, 14:21. For some reason the pushups killed me.

Lauren quick question when the workout includes pushups should we be doing hand release pushups?

Metcon: 9:40, i use 220# barbell in deadlift.
Instead jf row i did sumo-deadlift high-pull at 45# bar.
10 reps=100m. Forgot to note the time
