  1. What would you suggest for a substitute for the rowing machine? Gym doesn’t have one.

    • I was told 10 sdhp=100m don’t know the weight. Check the comments on Tuesdays workout

    I have experienced a little poundage drop in my bench. Every other lift is going up, some dramatically, but my bench has fallen off.

    first 3 w/ 125# and last 7 with 130#
    interspersed double unders

    finished with a sledgehammer/pullup wod
