Hi with the db press ,is it 75lb each hand or 75 in total.

Lauren should we include the time it takes to do the tabata air squats in our total time?

Metcon: 10:58 @50lb DB
Metcon: 19:47 @55lb DB
Tabata Squats : 3:50
all sit ups unbroken
DB PPrs – rest 10 secs between reps
Tabata Squats: 3:00
METCON (had to use 150lb barbell, no DBs that high) : 16:40
10:37 with 60lb db. Yes air squats included
Shoulder press is my wheelhouse and this fell right into the right place.
